If you are not completely satisfied, the item is not the perfect match, or you have a change of mind, you can return it and we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of you receiving the goods if they are returned with the original receipt, are unworn, and in the condition in which they were purchased, including all packaging. Who pays for return?
Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the return postage in the event of a change of mind, but we will collect the parcel if we made an error in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty or damaged, unless you have decided to keep the order with a partial refund or replacement parts of the received order.
We will charge you the direct cost to us of collection from our usual carrier if we have offered to collect the Product from you.
We can assist you in collecting parcels and locating the cheapest return postage labels; you can choose us to arrange for the collection of parcels and the provision of return postage labels. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
You must return it to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after you notify us of your intention to cancel the contract. You can either send it back or return it to us in our warehouse.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of receipt if they are not faulty.
